- What mythical creature would you transform into?
I would turn into a mermaid and fulfill my childhood dream. Because let’s be honest. I was totally that kid in the public swimming pool who pulled out her pony tail and held her breath as long as she could while dolphin kicking under the water.

- What do you like most about yourself?
This one is tough.  If I had to put it into words, it would be my tendency to step out of my comfort zone from time to time.  I push myself to do things I don’t necessarily have to in order to confront the things that make me uncomfortable.  Like running for student body secretary in middle school despite being painfully shy; or going on rollercoasters despite a fear of heights. If I hadn’t taken those steps I likely wouldn’t have done some awesome stuff later like travel to foreign countries by myself or move to Japan to teach English (all those faces staring at me!).  But it could also be smaller things like writing violence in my fanfiction and pretty much most things cosplay-related.  I feel like I need it from time to time to make myself grow.
